- Hello -
"'Who in the world am I?' Ah, that's the great puzzle!"
I am a result-driven Product Marketing Manager and mission-driven leader with over six years of experience scaling global performance marketing and lifecycle strategies. My career began with a deep love for English Literature, where I learned that every brand is a story waiting to be told. Today, I translate that narrative passion into data-driven systems. At present, I lead global email lifecycle programs for Amazon Payment Products, serving over 250,000 international sellers.
With a Master’s in Communication and Digital Media and a current MBA journey at Westcliff University, I bridge the gap between human connection and technical architecture. Whether I am running complex SQL queries to find lifecycle drop-off signals or designing inclusive adoption strategies for entrepreneurs in underserved markets, my goal remains the same: making global trade more equitable and accessible. I blend expertise in automation tools like Salesforce and Pardot with a "servant leader" philosophy, emphasizing empathy and cross-functional collaboration.
When I am not designing global campaign frameworks, I stay connected to my first love—literature. I am a published poet in two anthologies, Rhythmic Quills and Mirakee, and I often find that the works of Lewis Carroll provide the best perspective on the complex, fast-paced puzzles of the tech world. I believe that a brand, much like a human, earns trust through consistent, meaningful communication. I am currently focusing on the intersection of fintech, law, and ethics to ensure that as we build new global systems, we build them with compassion and connection at their core.

PAST
Born and raised in Delhi, India, I come from a family where everyone believes expressing themselves and communicating is the key to happiness.

Since childhood, I was fascinated by the advertisements I saw, trying to decipher the relationship between the signifier and the signified. This curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in English Literature, where I realized I had an ardent desire to explore the world of wordplay.
After my undergraduation, I started working as a Content Writer, beginning my journey of understanding how words help a brand connect and grow.

PRESENT
My journey took a turning point when I moved to Seattle to pursue a Master’s in Communication and Digital Media at the University of Washington.
This prepared me for a career as a "servant leader" who uses data to elevate brand narratives.
Today, I lead global lifecycle marketing for Amazon Currency Converter, designing strategies for 250,000+ international sellers. I no longer just decipher wordplay; I use SQL and technical automation to drive $120M+ in payout volume and ensure that global trade is accessible for small business owners across India, China, and Germany. I am a creative who has learned to speak the language of data to drive global results.

FUTURE
My goal is to evolve into a Product Lead who navigates the technical world of engineering and the high-stakes world of finance with equal ease. I am currently pursuing my MBA at Westcliff University to build the formal leadership framework needed to transition from managing marketing programs to designing inclusive global systems.

One seller at a time!

I want to use the art of storytelling and data-driven strategy to reduce economic disparities and simplify trade for "small players" in the global economy. I believe that a brand earns trust by respecting its customers' time and needs. My future is dedicated to building kind, connected, and kind societies where everyone—regardless of their market—has the insight and tools to realize their potential without extra effort.
